Here's what to expect during an initial consultation with Dr. Marcus:
- The initial consultation is generally 1 – 1 1/2 hours long.
- We will send you a packet of paperwork (OR CLICK HERE for the packet) to fill out prior to your appointment. If you’re able to fill out the paperwork and send it back prior to your appointment, Dr. Marcus can review your history prior to your coming in.
- We do not accept any insurance. Please note that you will be responsible to pay for the visit at the time you come in. If you have any out of network benefits, we can submit the claim on your behalf for reimbursement, and we will request that reimbursement go back to you.
- We will do a full review of your medical history, symptoms, treatments tried, and perform a physical examination. Dr. Marcus will then provide you with a diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment plan.
- If you have any recent bloodwork, imaging, or any other pertinent medical records, we highly recommend sending them beforehand to review, or at the time of the appointment if you can’t send them beforehand.
